Belton
is one of the leading manufacturer of
shackle and pin assemblies in the Asean.
The manufacturing plant is equipped with
advanced facilities such as programmable
robotic welding machine, automated
forging machine and presses, automated
barrel electroplating equipment, high
frequency induction surface hardening
machine, etc. Belton is the largest
shackle and pin assembly supplier to the
OE market in Malaysia since 1983.
Belton’s accumulated technical knowledge
and production know-how over the years
has led it to produce premium quality
shackles and pin assemblies.
The pins assembled have been hardened
with certain case depth providing higher
resistance to wear. Currently a series
of shackles and pin assemblies installed
with greaseable type of pins have been
produced and supplied together with
polyurethane bushes for improved product
life and heavy duty performance. The
entire manufacturing process is
completely done in-house thereby
ensuring enhanced control over the
manufacturing processes to ensure only
premium quality products are produced.
The well equipped QA laboratory has
modern testing facilities such as,
electronic microscope, digital Rockwell
and Micro-Vickers hardness tester,
tensile load tester, etc. to ensure only
superior quality products are being
manufactured and delivered to customers.
The manufacturing plant is accredited
with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
System award.
